47739637001 is the official part number for the Air/Oil Separator filter element used on industrial screw air compressors.
This separator is specially designed for large units . Since it is in direct contact with the sealing surface of the built-in flange plate, during replacement, in addition to verifying the outer diameter and height, you must check whether the conductive graphite gaskets or organic fiber O-rings delivered with the box and the positioning pin holes (if any) are intact. This prevents internal arcing caused by undischarged static electricity of the unit after installation, or severe air and oil leakage resulting from uneven compression of the flange surface.

This separator is specially designed for large units (compatible with Ingersoll Rand models ranging from 90kW to 160kW). Since it is in direct contact with the sealing surface of the built-in flange plate, during replacement, in addition to verifying the outer diameter and height, you must check whether the conductive graphite gaskets or organic fiber O-rings delivered with the box and the positioning pin holes (if any) are intact.
