ZS1063829 is the official part number for the Air/Oil Separator core used on screw air compressors.
Core Functions and Roles
Before compressed air leaves the air compressor, the oil-gas separator is mainly responsible for removing mist-like lubricating oil and oil droplets entrained in the air. It intercepts oil components through centrifugal and filtration mechanisms and returns them to the main lubrication system. In this way, it supplies clean compressed air to the downstream equipment and prevents the loss of compressor lubricating oil.
Filter medium material: Imported high-quality Borosilicate Micro Glass Fibre, multi-layer composite formed by special equipment, featuring extremely high porosity as well as high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
• Seals: Equipped with 2 high-performance VITON O-rings (some highly compatible alternatives adopt Buna-N), offering excellent oil resistance and high-temperature sealing performance.
