Structural Design and Material Technology
• Skeleton Anti-corrosion: The thickened internal and external metal support skeletons are treated with anti-corrosion electro-galvanizing or coating. The high-strength structure resists breakdown under high pressure differential.
• Static Conduction: Conductive pieces/static grounding pads are fitted on the filter element end caps. This design can promptly conduct static electricity generated by high-speed friction of airflow, preventing fires inside the oil-gas barrel caused by static sparks.
• Oil Return System: Flange-type/built-in oil return structure is adopted. Combined with the oil return pipe of the air compressor, it allows the condensed lubricating oil to drip smoothly and be pumped back to the main unit.
