1503F703AA is a high-efficiency air oil separator core specially designed for DENAIR high-power screw air compressors. As a core rear-end purification component in the air circuit system of the air compressor, it directly determines the quality of compressed air and the oil consumption rate of the system.

• Efficient Oil-Gas Separation: Captures fine suspended oil mist particles in compressed air, causing them to coalesce into oil droplets and flow back to the lubrication system.

• Reduced Oil Content in Exhaust: Strictly controls the oil content of outlet compressed air at ≤ 3 ppm to supply clean industrial air for downstream equipment.

• Lower Operating Costs: Adopts an ultra-low initial pressure drop design, which can markedly cut the power loss of the air compressor and realize energy and electricity savings.

Product Structure and Manufacturing Process

1. Imported Multi-layer Filter Media: The core filter layer adopts ultra-fine glass fiber composite filter media from HV (Hollingsworth & Vose), USA. It features extremely high filtration accuracy and chemical corrosion resistance, and is not prone to perforation or structural collapse.

2. Robust Metal Frame: Both inner and outer frames are made of high-strength thickened perforated steel plates with anti-corrosion galvanized or sprayed surfaces, capable of withstanding high pressure differential impacts.

3. Thickened Rubber Gasket: Equipped with high-performance oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing rings to ensure a 100% tight fit between the filter element and the air compressor base, preventing gas bypass leakage.

4. Built-in Static Conductive Sheet: The filter element flange is equipped with an anti-static grounding function, which can timely conduct static electricity generated by friction and completely avoid system flash fire or explosion caused by static sparks.
