250034-085 is the official part number for an Air/Oil Separator Element used on  rotary screw air compressors. Its main function is to filter and separate lubricating oil mist and aerosols from compressed air, ensuring clean compressed air output downstream and reducing oil consumption of the air compressor.

Material and Structural Design

High-density ultra-fine glass fiber: The internal filter layer is made of imported multi-layer ultra-fine composite glass fiber, which can capture extremely fine oil mist droplets (aerosols) and make them coalesce into large oil droplets.

Heavy-duty thickened metal frame: High-strength inner lining and outward-expanding metal mesh frame with anti-corrosion galvanizing/electroplating treatment. It can withstand alternating pressure during continuous operation and prevent the filter element from being crushed or blown through under high pressure difference.

Built-in conductive grounding tab: Conductive grounding gasket is provided as standard, which can effectively discharge static electricity generated by air friction, avoid flash explosion inside the separation tank caused by static sparks, and ensure safe equipment operation.
