250041-703 is a high-performance coalescing oil-gas separator filter element specially designed for industrial screw air compressors. As the core barrier of the air circuit system of the air compressor, it is responsible for efficiently separating and recovering the lubricating oil mist entrained in the compressed air, so as to provide clean, oil-free and high-quality compressed air for the downstream gas-consuming equipment.

Structural Features and Material Technology

1. Original imported composite filter media: The core filter layer adopts ultra-fine multi-layer Borosilicate Microglass composite material from HV (Hollingsworth & Vose) or Lydall. Through interception, diffusion and coalescence effects, fine oil mist instantly aggregates into large oil droplets and flows back.

2. High-strength frame structure: The inner lining and outer mesh are made of thickened galvanized stainless steel or high-strength anti-corrosion perforated mesh, featuring excellent mechanical compression resistance. It is not prone to deformation, delamination or collapse under extreme pressure impact to ensure stable pressure difference.

3. 100% electrically grounded for anti-static performance: Static electricity tends to accumulate easily from high-speed airflow during the operation of the air compressor. A dedicated conductive grounding device (static release pin/piece) is installed between the sealing gasket and frame of this filter element. Each unit undergoes grounding continuity test before delivery, completely eliminating the risk of explosion and combustion of the oil-gas barrel caused by static sparks.

4. High-temperature resistant premium sealing gasket: High-elasticity, oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluororubber or high-performance asbestos composite gaskets are used to guarantee the air tightness of the filter element under long-term high-temperature working conditions (above 100°C).
