250035-239 refers to a commonly used Air/Oil Separator filter element for air compressors. Its core function is to trap fine oil mist before compressed air leaves the air receiver tank, allowing lubricating oil to flow back into the compressor. This ensures clean discharged air and reduces lubricating oil consumption.

• High-strength frame: The inner and outer support screens adopt corrosion-resistant thickened perforated steel plates, featuring excellent compression and deformation resistance to prevent the filter element from collapsing or bursting under high pressure differentials or instantaneous high pulses.

• Multi-layer composite filter medium: The core filtering layer is composited of imported ultra-fine Glass Fiber. Combined with coalescing and separating layers, it can efficiently coalesce nano-scale tiny oil droplets into large ones for backflow.

• Conductive grounding design: Static electricity is easily generated by oil-gas mixtures at high flow rates. High-quality replacement parts are all equipped with static conducting strips or metal contact points to completely avoid spontaneous combustion of the system caused by static sparks.
